Town's End Cottage

Town's End Cottage  is a 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage on the outskirts of quaint Southwest Harbor.  With beautiful granite work throughout Town's End Cottage will sure to please the whole family.  From the moment you walk through the door you will never want to leave.  The fully equipped newly renovated kitchen offers granite counter tops throughout, a dishwasher is an extra pleasure in this kitchen.  The granite breakfast bar comfortably seats 6 to allow for lots of chatter about the sightseeing for the day while the adults cook dinner and of course the gas fireplace makes for a cozy gathering place.  To the right of the kitchen is the master bedroom featuring a queen size bed.  Once through the kitchen you will find yourself in the dining/livingroom.  A small dining table that seats 4 is tucked into a cute little nook right in front of the granite fireplace.  Off the dining room is a full bathroom with a tub/shower unit and washing machine and dryer.  A nice french door closes the rest of the house off if the adults don't want to hear those rambunctious kids winding down after a day out.  In this part of the house you will find 3 more bedrooms:  one with a double bed and the other two with a twin bed each.  The second bathroom offers a shower unit.  And the large family room complete with gas fireplace is great to relax in after a long day.  Double french doors open up to a nice stone patio complete with gas grill, furniture, and large lawn.  This cottage is well equipped and wonderfully set up for a family with lots of kids or several couples.  With ammenities such as TV, radio, telephone with long distance block, washer/dryer, gas grill, and dishwasher this house is just right.  Some pets allowed for an additional fee of $100.00 a week.  Due to insurance we can not allow rottweilers or pit bulls.

Available weekly for 2012:

June 4 - June 30: $900.00/week or $17000.00/biweekly

July 1 - August 31: $1300.00/week or $2500.00/biweekly  

September 1 - October 29: $1000.00/week or $1500.00/biweekly

Pet fee:  An additional $100.00 a week is charged.

There is also a $300.00 deposit which will be returned within 14 days of your departure from Town's End Cottage.
