Shangri-La Cottage

Shangri-La Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage located in a secluded woooderd area within the town of Southwest Harbor.  This cottage is the perfect spot for those who like to be close to everything but still have privacy.  Shangri-La is a charming cottage that features a beautiful granite fireplace for those chilly Maine evenings or that romantic evening with that special someone.  The master bedroom offers a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a set of bunk beds.  The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home as well as beautiful granite counter tops.  Along with the granite fireplace the living room offers a pull out couch offering a queen bed.  ther bathroom has a tub/shower unit and a stack washer/dryer.  The deck comes complete with patio set and gas grill.  The center of Southwest Harbor featuring many shops and restaurants, as well as a post office and playground is just a hop, skip, and jump away.  Take a morning walk to town for the local paper and coffee or the kids for that ice cream cone after a long day of sightseeing.  This cottage is sure to please and become that home away from home you have been dreaming about.  Some pets allowed for an additional fee of $100.00 a week.  Due to insurance we can not allow rottweiler or pit bills.  Ammenities include:  TV, telephone with long distance block, washer/dryer, and gas grill.

This property borders our Town's End Cottage if more space is needed for more family and friends.

No smoking.  Some pets allowed. Occupancy: 4-5 people.                                       

Available weekly for 2012:

May 8 - June 15: $550.00/week or $1000.00/biweekly

June 16 - August 31: $750.00/week or $1400.00/biweekly

September 1 - October 30: $550.00/week or $1000.00/biweekly

Pet fee:  an additional $100.00 a week.

There is also a $150.00 deposit which will be returned within 14 days of your departure from Shangri- La Cottage.
