Situated among trees and a spacious lawn, this home is the perfect retreat for a large family or several families looking to share a vacation. In addition to the house, there's a large spacious lawn complete with volleyball net, yard toys and games. This home has a hot topped driveway complete with a basketball net for those rambunctious kids to let off some energy!

From the minute you drive into the driveway and see the long covered porch with those cozy rocking chairs, you will know that this retreat is definitely a home away from home. This four bedroom home features wood floors throughout most of the house. As you walk in the door, you will be greeted with a small entryway with a closet for all those coats for our chilly Maine evenings. As you look to the right, there is a nice living room that features a large bay window for watching the kids in the yard and a gas run fireplace for those nights you just need to take out the chill or get romantic with the spouse. On the right is a large dining room that opens into the kitchen, with a table that sits eight, in addition to a small fold-down table that can seat 4 additional persons for the large family gathering. Straight ahead leads to the downstairs bedroom, bathroom, laundry and kitchen. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find all the necessities of home and more. From the "Maine" granite counter tops to the double ovens, this kitchen is just right for cooking that big family dinner. The kitchen is equipped with cooktop stove, double ovens, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a nice breakfast bar and additional table seating four more. Stepping out in the back yard from the kitchen, you'll find a nice deck with a patio set and gas grill. It's a great space to enjoy watching the wildlife you'll see, from the many wild bunnies to the deer and birds. The bathroom downstairs features a shower unit. The downstairs bedroom offers one queen bed and one twin roll-away.
