The Downeaster Cottage is a one-bedroom cottage with a loft accessible by spiral stairs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has two twin beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub unit. Enjoy the ambience of a fire in the open living room featuring a gas fireplace and twin sleep sofa. The cottage offers a fully-equipped kitchen, stack washer/dryer, radio, TV/VCR/DVD with cable, gas grill and telephone with long distance block. Spend the warm summer evenings relaxing on the covered porch.

Downeaster is the perfect solution to taking a true "family" vacation featuring more than one family. It shares the lawn with Whalesback to insure each family has there own living area but are close by to each other for cookouts and family fun, complete with an outdoor fireplace.

May 8 - June 11: $550.00/week or $1000.00/biweekly
June 12 - September 3: $750.00/week or $1400.00/biweekly
September 4- October 30: $550.00/week or $1000.00/biweekly
There is also a $150.00 deposit which will be returned within 14 days of your departure from The Downeaster.
