The bathroom offers a full bath with tub-shower and stacking washer and dryer. The livingroom features a cathedral ceiling with gas fireplace and twin sleep sofa. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home including: range, microwave, coffee pot, and lobster pot. The granite topped dining table and press back chairs allow for relaxed dining. Or spend the evening on the covered porch listening to the wildlife sing their beautiful music. CD player, TV/DVD/VCR Cable TV, telephone with long distance block, washer/dryer, gas grill.

Available weekly for 2008:May 3 - June 13: $600.00/week or $1100.00/biweekly
June 14 - August 29: $800.00/week or $1500.00/biweekly
August 30 - November 1: $600.00/week or $1100.00/biweekly
There is also a $150.00 deposit which will be returned within 14 days of your departure from Boathouse Cottage.
